‘A few big numbers explain everything’

In the last 3 years we have acquired development sites with a total land value of around £50 million for our clients. These sites will deliver more than 1,100 residential units, including around 350 affordable homes, with an eventual value exceeding £200 million.

Many of these sites have been acquired by Urban agenda using joint venture agreements and all of the transactions have been negotiated ‘off-market’.
